The Woman in You..!!

I’m not here to explain women’s achievements. History has already done that. I’m here to talk about something more interesting — the quiet force that keeps life moving.

The Woman in You..!!

Before we begin, a small clarification.

I am not here to speak for women.
I am not here to speak against men.
And I am definitely not here to explain the achievements of women.

The internet already has plenty of lists for that.

Today, I simply want to talk about something we often overlook while discussing all of the above.

The nature of the feminine.

But first, a quick detour.

International Women’s Day exists because, at some point in history, women across different parts of the world collectively said something very simple:

"We deserve fairness."

Fair wages.
Fair opportunities.
Fair recognition.

A reasonable request, if you ask any functioning civilisation.

And somewhere around this conversation lives a word that still manages to create awkward silences.

Feminism.

Feminism — The Misunderstood Word

The moment someone says feminism, reactions start forming.

Some imagine anger.
Some imagine rebellion.
Some imagine long debates that begin on social media and never end.

But originally, feminism was not about replacing one side with another.

It was about balance.

For a very long time society was essentially trying to ride a bicycle with only one wheel doing most of the work.

Eventually someone asked a very logical question.

"What if both wheels actually worked?"

That simple question changed the direction of many conversations.

And perhaps it is still changing them.

The Energy Called Shakthi

In Indian thought there is a word called Shakthi.

Over time it has been wrapped in mythology, temples, and a fair amount of incense smoke.

But if we remove all the decoration, the meaning is quite simple.

Shakthi is the force that moves life forward.

Look at nature.

The earth grows forests quietly.
Rivers travel across continents without motivational speeches.
Seasons change without announcing productivity targets.

Nature does not prove its power.

It simply operates through flow.

And interestingly, women often carry this same quality.

The ability to keep things moving without pushing everything.

To support growth without controlling it.

To allow life to unfold while still holding the centre together.

It is not loud strength.

It is steady influence.

Like gravity.

You rarely notice it.

But remove it… and everything starts floating in the wrong direction.

A Lesson from the Moon

Nature has always been a good teacher, if we pay attention.

Take the moon.

It does not stay full every night.

It grows.
It fades.
It returns.

Yet nobody complains about its inconsistency.

Instead we admire its rhythm.

Interestingly, the feminine body also moves in cycles — not straight lines.

For centuries people noticed how closely these rhythms seem to echo the moon’s own phases.

Coincidence? Perhaps.

Or perhaps nature simply prefers rhythm over rigidity.

And there is something quietly reassuring about that.

Because life itself rarely moves in straight lines.

Not every day needs to be perfect.

Cycles are not weakness.

They are design.

The Small Shift That Changes Everything

Sometimes empowerment is imagined as something dramatic.

A big change.
A loud declaration.
A complete takeover.

But very often real change comes from something far simpler.

Awareness.

Awareness of one's own energy.
Awareness of when patience becomes tolerance for the wrong things.
Awareness of when nurturing others should also include nurturing oneself.

Encouraging others is wonderful.

But occasionally encouraging yourself is also allowed.

Even the earth takes a season off every year.

Nobody calls the planet lazy.

The Woman in You

This reflection is not only for women.

Because the qualities we associate with the feminine — patience, rhythm, intuition, the ability to nurture — are human abilities.

Women often express them naturally.

Men usually discover them after a few life lessons.

But when both energies begin to work together, something interesting happens.

Life becomes less about control…

and more about balance.

Which, interestingly, was the original idea behind feminism in the first place.

So perhaps International Women’s Day is not only about celebrating women.

It is about recognising the energy that quietly keeps life moving.

The patience that sustains families.
The intuition that senses what logic sometimes misses.
The strength that does not always push, but knows when to flow.

The Woman in You.

And if you are a man reading this…

Relax.

Recognising the feminine energy will not reduce your strength.

It will only improve your chances of surviving conversations at home.

Besides… if today's article was about understanding women,

there is equally important information scheduled for November 19th. 😉
